She and her team always have the best interest of pets in mind and the experience of caring for several dogs, from puppy-hood through the geriatric years. I have been using Wiggles n Wags for at least five years. They have been my right arm, and have never denied a last minute emergency request, such as when I am not able to arrive home as anticipated.
Penny and her staff of sitters always go the extra mile when caring for my dogs, and they do not hesitate to take initiative and step up to the plate when needed. For example, one day during their visit with my dogs, my impulsive lab mix decided to bolt across the fence into the woods behind my house. Rather than calling me at work where I could not help the immediate situation, they searched and searched until she was found her and brought her safely home. They did not leave my house until the situation was resolved. Another very scary time they actually saved my beloved German shepherd’s life when she began to choke during their visit. They did not waste a valuable moment, immediately rushing her to my vet (information they make certain to have on record) where she was able to get the treatment she needed and I came home to a healthy, happy doggie.
In addition to daily visits, I have utilized Wiggles and Wags overnight service when away on vacation. This allows me to vacation with peace of mind knowing my girls are well taken care of.
Prior to meeting Wiggles and Wags I had used other dog walking services and I was always let down due to non-reliable service and irresponsibility. Now that I have experienced the professionalism and loving care provided by Wiggles and Wags I will utilize their service for my pet care and no other. My furry babies deserve the best and Wiggles and Wags have proven that they are just that. I highly recommend them to all dog lovers.

Extremely creative when it comes to “entertaining” our puppy, by finding fun and creative ways to keep her mind active while encouraging her to learn. We receive a progress report each day letting us know what lessons they worked on, what funny little things occurred, along with loads of helpful training suggestions.

Our 15-year-old golden retriever has special medical and dietary needs. Penny was unfazed when we describe his regimen. On the other hand, we have a 6 month old Maine Coon kitten that required the special attention all kittens need. When Penny suspected there may have been a problem with our kitten, she did not hesitate to contact a professional to get advice. We appreciated her vigilance and her initiative in addressing what ultimately was a minor issue. Penny showered Shadow and Angel with love and attention. They were fed, groomed, exercised, and doted on during each visit. Penny was kind enough to leave detailed notes after each visit.
When called away on a recent weekend, Penny made Wiggles n Wags available on very short notice. In addition to taking care of our pets, Wiggles n Wags took care of a number of chores around the house, including bringing in mail, watering a few plants, cleaning up litter, and taking out garbage. The level of service is outstanding and the fees are quite reasonable. We felt comfortable leaving Wiggles n Wags the key to our home. We appreciated the fact that we no longer have to put our pets in local kennels when we need to be away from home. With their professional services, our pets are able to stay in the comfort and familiarity of their own home even when we are away.

We had tried multiple pet services before finding Wiggles n Wags. Our earlier experiences were mixed at best – it can be extremely unnerving giving someone the keys to your home and trusting that everything will be fine. You never know what can happen – are they having friends over without letting you know, what condition is your home in when you return, are they leaving cigarettes and candy around, are they even spending the night as they’re supposed to? The entire point of hiring a professional firm is to avoid any of these concerns or events. It seems as though some employees of other firms view their services as a temporary job with perks. There is a world of difference between pet-sitting and caring. Most anyone can spend the night at a house, watch TV and feed the dog.
Wiggles n Wags is the only firm we have worked with which actually cares for our dog. Not once in the years that we have used WnW have we ever had cause for concern – their service has always exceeded any expectations, their professionalism is amazing, and so evident in the pride they take in caring for our dog and our home.
Our dog became ill while we were out of the country. Penny and her staff contacted our vet, drove him for a check-up, and immediately administered critical medication – all while keeping us updated on his progress. I cannot imagine what would have happened if we had used another firm which was not involved in his care, or had multiple people visiting at various times during the day – if Penny had not been with him when he became ill, the outcome would have been tragic. Once we found Penny and her team, we knew we would always have the best care possible for our dog and our home.
We cannot thank them enough for the love and devotion they have consistently shown to our dog. We know how lucky we are to have finally found Penny and her team, and they are the only ones we will trust with our dog and our home!

I met Penny when I was looking for care for my beloved birds. She came with an organized plan, met my birds, took highly focused and organized notes of all their needs, shared her information with me and gave me clear instructions on how she would perform her duties and presented backup plans for any possible problem. It was an impressive first meeting. Once I left her in charge of my birds, plants, and full access to my home, she performed highly professionally and reliably. Penny and her crew at Wiggles ‘n Wags are by far the best dog walkers I can imagine having. Every staff member is a friendly, upbeat, professional animal lover and it totally shows!
I was a little apprehensive when I had to choose a dog walking service because Avi, my Chow/Shar Pei/Shepherd doesn’t always like new people, and at 80+ pounds, he can be an off-putting fluffy ball of stubbornness when he’s not comfortable. The minute Penny saw Avi, they just fell in love, and he’s been wrapped around her finger ever since!
Penny is great about introducing her new staff members to Avi, and he loves every single one of them. I look forward to the days when Avi has a “date” with Wiggles n Wags because he gets a big long walk and tons of attention. I can tell he had a great time because he’s relaxed and happy when I get home, instead of bouncing off the walls because he was alone all day.
Scheduling a walk is super-easy – with a quick email I can add or subtract a day from our regular visits.
I can’t recommend Wiggles ‘n Wags highly enough – Penny and her staff are absolutely Avi’s favorite people, and I love having them in his life!

Wiggles n Wags Pet Services, has given exceptional care to my three dogs, and I would highly recommend them as caregivers for your pets.
Penny came to me through a referral at the local veterinarian office in 2011. I had just moved, and was totally unfamiliar with the area. I have a very busy and hectic lifestyle which includes a lot of travel. I first met with Penny when I needed to travel for a few days, and she was scheduled to stay in my home to provide 24 hr service. She has a calm demeanor and my dogs and I liked her right away. She got down on the floor and greeted them on their level. Penny is extremely patient and loving with my dogs. She also listened to my concerns and requirements and was willing to work with me to meet all of my needs. I have called on her many times since that first trip to provide 24 hr. service for me and each time she goes over and beyond her call of duty.
While away Penny took excellent care of my dogs, sent me a few text messages and photos to give me peace of mind and also gave me a certain level of home security. When I returned my home was maintained wonderfully and extremely well kept.
Soon after that first trip, I contacted Penny to walk my dogs on a regular basis. Two walks a day for 5-7 days a week. She is always on time and has never called to cancel. There are times when I need her to also feed them and give them their daily meds and supplements. I have found her to be extremely reliable and trustworthy, pays attention to detail, extremely compassionate, and very accommodating with the many changes in our schedule.
